Jackie flagging on Post 9, Pembrey circuit

June 12th

Laying a wreath at Post 106, Le Mans circuit,

where the ashes of Andrew Carpenter are buried.

June 15th

Spectating at Post 106, Le Mans, whilst Jackie marshalled.

After the accident I thought going to Le Mans would only be a dream. Now I'd made it a reality. Next thing is to marshal there ......

The group picture is of all the British marshals on the post, along with Bernard Nirrengarten, our post chief.

July 12th

A dream come true.

Jackie and I get to marshal at the same event as sis-in-law Susan and her partner John, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, for the very first time.

Here's to many more occasions!

July 31st

Standing in front of the Disabled cruise boat 'Dolphin III', tied up alongside Wareham Quay.

The 'Dolphin III' gives cruises to all groups of disabled people,

and is run by charitable donations.

September 7th

My great friend Jochen Mass

preparing for his drive  in the Lancia D50 replica,

 at the Goodwood Revival meeting

4th October

At Sliema, Malta, preparing to board the Captain Morgan pleasure craft for a trip around the Grand Harbour of Valletta.

This is also the last picture of Jackie and I together, as a couple of weeks after returning from this holiday that she asked for a divorce of our marriage.
