There are a great many people who have contributed to my recovery over the past 18 months. Most would happy go along as unsung heroes and heroines, just doing their job. But, in my life, they have all made a difference, and therefore I want to publicly thank everyone listed here. BUT - if there is anyone who I've inadvertently missed out, please forgive me. I mean no disrespect, only my memory has let me down.
