Two years after he lost both legs in an accident at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, marshal Steve Tarrant was blasted round Daytona International Speedway at 160mph last week, in a Richard Petty Driving Experience NASCAR stock car. ____________________________________________________________________________ Obviously the report above was factually incorrect, so after a number of emails and phone calls, the following item appeared in Autosport on 7th November 2002 ____________________________________________________________________________ AUTOSPORT would like to point out the Goodwood Festival of Speed marshal Steve Tarrant lost only one of his legs and part of another in an accident at the event two years ago, rather than both legs as reported on October 10.
